The Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Medicine Center at Health Central is equipped and staffed to treat all wounds. The Wound Healing Center offers Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBO) combined with inclusive on-site wound  care. HBO therapy is used to treat a variety of wounds and infections by improving the body's immune system and advancing the healing response. Clear, spacious, acrylic tubular chamber provides 100% oxygen to create a comfortable healing environment, allowing tissue to restore from the inside out.

Health Central staff will develop a customized treatment plan and provide the knowledge you need to care of your wound at home.

Our wound care physicians may prescribe some of these therapies:

• Wound debridement
• Specially chosen dressings and wraps
• Hyperbaric oxygen therapy
• Ultrasonic debridement
• Platelet derived growth technologies
• Bio-engineered tissue substitutes
• Lymphedema treatment

At the Wound Healing & Hyperbaric Medicine Center at Health Central, we use the most up-to-date technological approaches to wound healing and have healed wounds in 16 weeks or less.
