Diabetes Education

Health Central Diabetes Center is accredited by the American Diabetic Association. It strives to bring education, wellness and fitness to diabetics. It is a comprehensive program, which helps those who are pre-diabetics, newly diagnosed, Gestational diabetes or those who just need help with blood glucose control. Classes are in a group setting. Individual times can be scheduled as needed.

Instructors are certified and trained in the latest diabetes treatments. Instructors include Registered Nurse, Certified Diabetes Instructor and a Dietitian.

Weekday classes: 10am - 5pm

Evening Class: 5:30pm to 9pmBlond Lady

Saturday Class: 9:30am to 5pm

Gestational Evening classes: 5:30pm to 9pm

Pre-diabetes classes are now available!!!

Classes are available in English, Spanish and Haitian Creole

A doctor's referral is required to attend.
